Vietfund Management (VFM) will be converted to VIETNAM INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

Term                               : 50 years since establishment and operation licence

• Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint  Stock bank (Sacombank)
• The representatives of raising capital: Ms. Huynh Que Ha & Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh.
• Dragon Capital Management
• The representatives of raising capital: Mr. Dominic Timothy Charles Scriven.

License (attached in this notification) comes into effect since approval date. This license replaced Investment license no. 01/GPDT - UBCKNN dated 15th July 2003 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted for Vietfund Management. Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company

will inherit all rights and benefits legal and responsible for debts unpayment, labor contracts and other obligations of Vietfund Management.
