ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF INVESTORS 2008

 

1.      Time and venue:  

            Time                 : 08:00 - 11:45, Friday, 20 March, 2009

            Venue              : Lotus room, 1^st Floor, Rex Hotel - 141 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, HCMC

 

2.      Content of meeting:

 

• Report on the Fund's performance 2008
• Action plan for VF4 Investment fund in 2009
• Adoption for relevant statements on the Fund’s operational activities
• Revote on 1/3 of Board of Representatives of the fund as regulated in the Fund Charter
• Others

 

3.      Conditions for participants:

 

• All investors in the final list of SSC on Feb 09, 2009 and investors who have not been deposited their fund units.
• Please kindly confirm your attendance best before March 16, 2009 by dialing (08) 3825 1488 (Ms. Ai Van) or (04) 3942 8168 (Ms. Thu Ha) or email address  marketing@vinafund.com before March 16, 2009
• Investors who can not attend the meeting may authorize another person to participate/ represent himself/herself (see attached form) and fax to VFM via fax no. (08) 3825 1489 before 16/03/2009 then send the original copy to VFM. The authorized person will show his ID at registration table. An authorized person will not authorize to a third party.

 

4.      Others:

 

• Investors who are well qualified as regulated in Article 25 of the Fund’s Charter dated April 16, 2008 and would like to run for election to the Board of Representatives, please send your applications before March 16, 2009.
• Forms as Authorization letter, Application letter to Board of Representatives, Curriculum Vitae, VF4 Annual Report 2008 will be sent to investors by post and be archived in VFM and posted at website www.vinafund.com.
