Due to changes in business conditions, Mr. Phan Dao Vu resigned from the President position of VF1  Representative Board. Pursuant to Vietnam’s Fund charter’s regulations and the decision from Members of VF1 Representative Board’s resignation no. 180.09/QĐ-BĐD/VF1 dated 08/06/2009, Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (VFM) would like to announce to our investors and partners about the change as follows:

 

Since 08/06/2009, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman, is designated as Chairman of VF1 Investment Fund Representative Board, replacing Mr. Phan Dao Vu. VF1 Investment Fund Representative Board will be as follows:
