Position           Legal Manager

Quantity          01 person working in Hochiminh City

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for all legal issues related to Fund Management Company and Funds
• Consult and draft contracts on trading stock and future options
• Consult procedures of fund establishing and raising local and offshore funds

Requirements:

• University bachelor degree in Law
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages and high level of computer literacy
• At least 3 years of experience in related positions
• Solid understanding in procedures and legal frame of the securities market
• High competency in Laws of Enterprise, Civil and Commercial

Annual salary and bonus: competitive

Duration: up to 10^th 12 2009.
