Referring to Resolution of VF4 Board of Representative Meeting No. 01/2009/QD-BDD/VF4 dated October 15^th, 2009 on the 1^st dividend payment of 2009.

 

Pursuant to Announcement no. 1785/TB-CNVSD dated November 27^th, 2009 of Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch, VietFund Management (VFM) and Vietnam Blue-chips Fund (VF4) would like to announce the 1^st dividend payment for 2009 and ask for approval for an increase on chartered capital as the following:

·               First dividend payment               : 10%/ par value (1,000VND/ unit)

·               Ex-right Date                                : December 08^th, 2009

·               Record Date                                 : December 10^th, 2009       

·               Payment date of 1st dividend payment    : December 30^th, 2009

Procedures and Venues To Receive Dividend

·               Investors who have already deposited their units at securities accounts will receive dividend by cash at securities companies through their account.

·               Investors who have not deposited their units at securities accounts: after the Record date, investors contact VFM to receive the Certificate for unit ownership and provide VFM with bank account. VFM, cooperate with custodian bank will pay dividend through investors’ bank account.

 

In addition, VFM will proceed the procedure for getting investors’ approval on VF4’s chartered capital increase from January 05^th, 2010 until January 20^th, 2010.
